This one will lead
you a collection of 14 of my 'freestyle' flies. They are based
on the Tartan colours of old Scottish families,hence the name 'TARTAN FLIES'.

These pages features
my good friend MARVIN NOLTE from Bar Nunn, Wyoming. They
contain more than 100 of his flies, incl. the majority from
the Col. John Traherne collection. Some lovely featherwings can
also be found on these pages. Marvin tells me it is the biggest
website collection of Nolte flies.

Proudly presenting to you a collection of 14 exquisite Atlantic
traditional salmon flies tied by ANDREW JAMES SOBOTA
from Lanesboro, Minnesota.

A unique flytying happening in The Netherlands ! The first official Master
Class in Classic Atlantic Salmon Flies by my good friend Marvin Nolte.
Two days of fooling around with furs and feathers accompanied
by some exquisite food. Big fun was had by all !

My Dutch partner in flydressing 'crime' René Koster was kind enough to let
me have a bunch of images of his beautiful work. Two dozen great flies and
tasteful photography. Check 'em out and enjoy his classic patterns !

It is a great pleasure to present to you another addition to my website.
This page features my flytying friend Henk van Bork and 16 of his flies. Enjoy !

This page is increasing in volume and size with another addition.
The flies came from the bench of my friend and colleague Scott Peters from
Fairbanks, AK. Scott is not only a very good tier, but also a successful
fisherman, as two images will show.

Another contribution to these pages. Brian Burnett sent me a dozen examples of
his exquisite flydressing skills. I hope you will enjoy his flies just as much as I do !
